Dysfunction and conflict within client families have the power to derail even the best financial, estate and tax plans.  Yet these risks can frequently be overlooked or minimized by the family as well as their advisors.  Richard Del Conte will discuss methods advisors can utilize to identify, discuss, and defuse these risks for the families you serve.  You will leave with more tools in your tool chest, resulting in more effective plans and higher odds of long-term success and greater satisfaction for clients and their families.

Speaker Bio:

Richard M. Del Monte is a Certified Financial Planner ®, Certified Wealth Consultant, and national recognized family wealth expert, speaker and author of Endless Inheritance:  Moving from Feuding to Flourishing in Your Affluent Family.  In addition to his 30 years of experience in the field of family finance, he has received specialized training in family dynamics and preparing heirs from The Heritage Institute, Institute for Preparing Heirs, and the Postgraduate Program in Bowen Family Systems Theory.
