He is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners. He holds a Masters in Business Administration, Bachelors in Applied Behavioral Sciences, and is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary (CLPF).\n \nWill has personally established thousands of Special Needs Trust accounts over the past eighteen years. He continues to help disabled individuals, settlement planners, and attorneys address complex settlement issues for those clients that are receiving or are eligible for needs based government benefits.\n \nOn a personal note, Mr. Lindahl is a survivor of melanoma eye cancer and as a result is visually impaired.
