This is similar to a homeowner looking to get the highest value for a home they are considering selling.\n \nIn this presentation, you will learn about some of the things you need to do to enhance the value of your business.\n \n\n About Our Speaker:\n Mrs. Lerch is a business and securities valuation expert.  Mrs. Lerch has been valuing companies and financial assets for over 45 years including 35 years in the private sector, 10 years with IRS and 2 years as a securities analyst in a brokerage house.\n \nMrs. Lerch has earned her Bachelor of Science and an MBA in Finance from the George Washington University in 1971 and 1974, respectively, and an MA in Economics from California State University, East Bay, CA.  She is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with the Chartered Financial Analysts Institute, an Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation with the American Society of Appraisers (ASA), and a Master Certified Business Appraiser with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.\n \nShe has authored numerous technical articles for Business Valuation Review, Valuation, both published by the American Society of Appraisers, Business Valuation Practice, published by the Institute of Business Appraisers, and most recently, Valuation Strategies, published by Warren, Gorham and Lamont.\n
