Date: Thursday, September 14, 2017
Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Location: 5200 Mowry Ave, Ste.M
Speaker: William Lindahl

Welcome to the EPCSAC, the association of choice for estate planning professionals. We hope that you are having a great summer!

THIS IS THE FINAL NOTICE  for our first meeting on Thursday, September 14 with William Lindahl.  The topic is "Pooled Special Needs Trusts for smaller inheritances". Please sign up today to take advantage of this meeting.

Will Lindahl speaks nationally on settlement strategies to protect ongoing eligibility for government benefits such as Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). He is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners. He holds a Masters in Business Administration, Bachelors in Applied Behavioral Sciences, and is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary (CLPF).

Will has personally established thousands of Special Needs Trust accounts over the past eighteen years. He continues to help disabled individuals, settlement planners, and attorneys address complex settlement issues for those clients that are receiving or are eligible for needs based government benefits.

On a personal note, Mr. Lindahl is a survivor of melanoma eye cancer and as a result is visually impaired. He brings an intimate understanding and compassion to his work with the disabled community.

Additionally, we would like to give a very special thank you to our wine sponsor for this event, Mark Shaw.

This event is approved for 1 hour of general MCLE for attorneys and 1 hour of CPE for CPA's. If you have any questions please email Bill Ghiringhelli at billgman@comcast.net.

I look forward to your active participation at upcoming meetings and being your President during FY 2017/18.

Best Regards,

Bill Ghiringhelli
